ISIS Limited acts as a consultant, and/or manager, of institutions which are structuring their businesses or financings using Bermuda as a base, as well as fund managers wishing to launch or restructure investment fund or hedge fund structures, which acquire and manage assets globally. ISIS Limited also assists clients with the sourcing of independent directors for offshore vehicles and other third party service providers and offers directorship services for the private companies of our clients.
ISIS Limited is additionally licensed as an insurance broker.

ISIS Fund Services is a specialist hedge fund administrator providing administrative and operational support to a wide range of global investment managers adopting a diverse range of investment styles. Its product offering specialises in hedge fund, fund of hedge funds, and private equity funds providing the global investment management industry with a comprehensive range of hedge fund services. ISIS Fund Services was incorporated on 23 May 2007, as a Bermuda exempted company and received its Fund Administrator License under the Bermuda Monetary Authority Investment Fund Act 2006 on 6 August 2007. The Company was established as a joint venture with the ISIS businesses which were founded to support The ISIS Foundation.

Private Placement Business – ISIS (Asia Pacific) Pty. Limited
ISIS Asia Pacific has two main streams of business, the private placement business, which is the principal source of revenue for the company and the corporate advisory business. ISIS Asia Pacific acts as a niche financial service provider to global private equity and hedge fund managers, raising capital from wholesale clients (predominantly superannuation funds and other institutional bodies) and high net worth individuals. ISIS Asia Pacific has acted as advisor to a number of financial services institutions, banks and insurance companies, who have established convergence structures that merge different aspects of both insurance and banking disciplines. In its role as corporate advisor, ISIS Asia Pacific facilitates the introduction of clients with common business interests such as mergers, acquisitions or the establishment of de novo financial and insurance structures. The company also helps manage corporate finance deals from inception to the completion of a project.
The ISIS Foundation
The ISIS Foundation is a unique and extraordinary not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to make a positive difference to the lives of children in the developing world.
ISIS was established in early 1997 by Audette Exel and Sharon A. Beesley. They decided they would establish a foundation to benefit children in the developing world, specifically in Nepal and Uganda. At the same time, they established a corporate finance and legal consultancy business, with the aim of creating a business which had from the outset a commitment to contribution by supporting the funding of the ongoing administration and general management costs of The ISIS Foundation. Their idea was to create a sustainable business which would enable the Foundationd to be sustainable in the longer term. The net result of the business funding these costs is that 100% of donor funds is directed towards project-related costs. At ISIS, we believe that the business and non-profit sectors provide exponential benefits to each other when they work hand in hand.
Both The ISIS Foundation and the ISIS businesses have grown substantially since they first began in 1997. The ISIS Group of companies continues to support The ISIS Foundation which now has over 150 (direct and indirect) staff and contractors, and hundreds of volunteers, worldwide.
