Amendments to the Bermuda Companies Act - March 2012
On 18th December 2011 The Companies Amendment (No. 2) Act 2011 (Amendment Act) received Royal Assent and came into effect bringing with it changes to The Companies Act 1981 (Companies Act), the principal statute governing the formation and operation of companies incorporated in Bermuda.
